Chairman of the Board
Dr. Ahmad Aljazaeri is a transformational leader with 22+ years of experience across the education, human development, and healthcare sectors. Having served as the founding CEO of Waad Holding for nine years and leading the foundation of Waad Academy Schools, he was instrumental in establishing the group’s strategic direction and growth. A Certified Change Management Professional with an MBA, Dr. Ahmad now leads the Board of Managers in driving academic excellence and sustainable growth for Waad Education.

Ms. Solafa Batterjee is a prominent Saudi executive leader in the field of endowments, education, EQ, and social impact. She serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Doroob Al Barakah Endowment Co. Ltd., where she leads a legacy endowment over three decades old. She values forward-looking strategies mainly focused on governance excellence, financial sustainability, and measurable social impact. with over 21 years of executive experience across education, healthcare, and investment sectors. He leads the group’s financial strategy, governance, and performance transformation. Raja holds an MBA from Hult International Business School, a Certificate in Alternative Investments from Harvard Business School Online, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
Dr.Hani Bahuwayrith
Chief Academic Officer
Dr. Hani holds a PhD in Solution-Focused Leadership and a Master’s degree in Counselling from the University of Bristol (UK), alongside a technical background in Information Systems. His professional practice integrates academic rigour, field-based experience, and cross-disciplinary thinking, with a clear focus on translating educational vision into actionable practice and evaluating the impact of learning on performance and outcomes.
