Dr. Ahmad Aljazaeri

Chairman of the Board

Dr. Ahmad Aljazaeri is a transformational leader with over 22 years of experience in education, human resource development, and healthcare. He served as the founding CEO of Waad Holding Company for nine years and led the establishment of Waad Academy Schools, playing a key role in shaping the group’s strategic direction and driving its growth. He holds a Certified Change Management Professional credential along with an MBA. Currently, he chairs the Board of Directors, leading efforts to achieve academic excellence and promote sustainable growth for the Waad educational system.

Ms.Solafa Baterjee

Board Director | Vice Chairman

Ms. Solafa Batterjee is a prominent Saudi executive leader in the fields of endowments, education, emotional intelligence, and social impact. She is the CEO of Daroub Al-Baraka Endowment Company Ltd., where she leads a long-standing endowment with a history spanning over three decades. She adopts forward-looking visions and strategies focused on excellence in governance, financial sustainability, and achieving tangible, measurable social impact. Under her leadership, the company has notably advanced governance practices, strengthened sustainability, and maximized the community impact of endowment initiatives.

Fuad Chapra

Board Member

Fuad Chapra is a senior executive and advisor with more than 25 years of extensive experience across strategy, finance, investment, governance, and mergers & acquisitions. He served as Senior Partner at KPMG Saudi Arabia, where he held several leadership positions and board and committee memberships across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East. Previously, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Panda Retail Company and held several senior leadership roles at Savola Group. He holds an MBA in Finance and Management Information Systems from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from King Abdulaziz University.

Tarik Alnabulsi

Board Member

Tarik Alnabulsi is an experienced board director and corporate governance advisor with more than 25 years of board and executive leadership across investment, healthcare, technology, financial services, industrial, and family-owned enterprises. His expertise spans corporate governance, strategy and transformation, risk oversight, and family-business continuity and succession planning. He has served on and chaired several boards and committees and previously held executive roles including Turnaround CEO of Elaf Group and COO of Methak Investment Holding. He holds an M.Sc. in Management Information Systems from The George Washington University and a B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from King Abdulaziz University, complemented by executive education at Harvard Business School, MIT, and New York University.

Mohammed Adnan Saleh Bin Himd

Mohammed Adnan Saleh Bin Himd is a seasoned banking executive, senior advisor, and board director with more than 30 years of leadership experience across banking, finance, investment, governance, enterprise risk, and institutional transformation. He built a distinguished executive career at the National Commercial Bank, now Saudi National Bank, where he held senior roles including Executive Vice President and Head of Trade & Cash Management and Head of SME Banking. He has also served on several boards and investment, executive, risk, and audit committees, bringing extensive expertise in strategy, capital allocation, governance, and financial resilience. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from King Abdulaziz University and several professional credentials in board directorship, enterprise risk, governance, and strategy.
